For best results, store your Balm and Oil at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and extreme heat or cold. Always ensure the jar is sealed with the white inner cap insert to protect the Balm’s integrity and prevent over-tightening which could damage the packaging.

Saviour™ Balm is a hand-crafted, naturally based product. Temperature fluctuations throughout the seasons or during travel can cause some ingredients to solidify, resulting in a grainy texture. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or performance of the product. Simply warm the balm between your fingers to soften and melt any grainy pieces and apply as usual.
