All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
During periods of high demand (such as new product launches or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. Should there be any significant delay in the dispatch of your order, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) – Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) – Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, courier delays).

As a small independent business, I personally handle all aspects of order fulfilment. While I strive to process and ship orders promptly, please be aware that there may be occasional delays if I am away or engaged in work commitments. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
We offer free standard shipping for orders over £100.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate after dispatch.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us at info@saviournails.co.uk within 7 days of your expected delivery date, and we will be happy to assist.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
